As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email for your order. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your payment card for purchase. Once your item has shipped, you will receive tracking details. 

Processing Time for orders is 3-5 business days, due to high order volume.

Shipping Times

For most apparel and mugs, shipping time will take 2-7 Business days for U.S. orders and 5-15 business days for international orders. For all other products, shipping times are featured below.

Return Information

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority and we strive for perfection with all orders. However, issues may arise due to the volume of orders we send out. If you did not receive the product within the specified window, you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item, or color, or if your product is defective, you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you're unhappy with the product you ordered, you may request a refund.
